Parc Priva

Parc Priva is a luxury housing project by Narai Property. Inspired by contemporary Japanese architecture, a design philosophy that best understands the use of space, the layout maximizes the openness of the green space and a natural flow throughout the house. Conversely, the front of the house shields your private sanctuary from the public view. 

This foundation creates a house that begins with the “happiness is inside”, a focus on functionality and life inside the home, where the whole space has its use. The L-Shape design allows the entire home to share a private courtyard, granting every room a view of the garden and creating an abundance of air flow and natural light throughout the space.
