Royal Ratchadamri / Royal Maneeya

Royal Ratchadamri (RR) and Royal Maneeya Tower (RMT) is a joint-venture project of OBA and CASA Co.,Ltd. and OBA performs as its design architect. 

The 50-story existing structure is redesigned to accommodate RR’s 113,500 SQ.M. 384-guestroom Ritz Carlton hotel and 129-unit serviced apartment. The RMT the total area of 65,000 SQ.M.is a 35-story mixed use complex comprising concominium and office space with Royal Ratchadamri and Royal Maneeya tower.
