The hotel comprises approximately 260 guestrooms, banquet, meeting rooms, fitness and spa, swimming pool, restaurants and parking. Retail spaces with garden is located at the podium of the hotel tower.
OBA also redesigns the facade of Hyde condominium to harmonize with the hotel tower facade.
