Wan Veyla KaoTao

Wan Veyla Kaotao is located perpendicularly along the beach and it is facing to a spectacular view of Sing-to and Sa-dao island. The project comprises of 14 unique low-rise residential buildings with 294 units and 240-car parking.  

The building clusters were divided into 2 zones with communal courtyards. There are full facilities including indoor fitness and 3 different styles of swimming pool that many generations can enjoy. The architecture was inspired by tree and nature under the concept of simplicity and modern.
